Gary's journey in finance extends over three decades, primarily as a CFO for companies engaged in residential, commercial, and apartment complex transactions across 15 states. Managing projects encompassing rehabilitating single-family homes, commercial properties, and large apartment complexes, each with over 250 units.
Gary also brings 5 years of extensive experience in public accounting for two mid-sized firms that specialized in real estate. Gary is passionate about the rehabilitation market and providing expertise to property managers enabling them to achieve profitability and timely project completion. Gary lives in Littleton and enjoys spending time with his wife, grown children and grandchildren.
